I also help women prepare their bodies for birth, focussing on good pelvic alignment, joint movement and balance.

I’m trained in Webster technique for breech babies and teach optimal foetal positioning and biomechanics techniques to pregnant women and their birth partners.

Here to help if you’re nearing the end of your pregnancy (32 weeks and after) and your baby is:

This is a 1 hour appointment which includes consultation, examination of abdomen and pelvis, explanation and chiropractic treatment. You may also be given some home exercises.

“I want to prepare my body for birth”

This appointment is particularly suited to women planning a vbac or who have had a previous difficult birth, but it is available to anyone planning a vaginal birth, including first time mums.

This appointment is 1 hour and includes consultation (discussion of previous births if relevant), examination of pelvis and abdomen and first Chiropratic treatment.

Contrary to popular belief, bodies always don’t ‘bounce back’. But, you can aid healing with treatment for the following:
